How to create a new task?
- Click on Projects
- Choose the Project to which you wish to Add a Task
- Then go to the Tasks tab
- Click on Add task. This shall show the below details to be filled in:
- Project name [Prefilled]
- Task Title
- Start Date and Due Date
- Who should do this
- Status
- Priority
- You can also add description of a Task, if needed.
- You can also choose to add a recurring schedule if it’s a repeating task
- You can switch on the option to notify the person responsible for the task by email and you can also switch on the billable option if the task is billable.
- The bell icon on the tasks page is for setting reminders You can choose to set reminders for the task especially if a task is on high priority
- Click on Save All to save the information fed into the system
